Cultivating Underdeveloped Leaders Today
The future. How everyone is connected. Why what you do matters for people who don't even exist yet.
Where your rubbish actually goes, because "away" is a place. Why cheap sometimes means efficient and sometimes means somebody else paid. Why an average hides exactly the thing you need to know. Ten situations about consequence and time — no party politics, no doom, just mechanisms and the honest question of who pays and when.
Spend your caution on the decisions that cannot be undone — most things can be fixed and a small number cannot, and those deserve almost all the care. And the last one: you are already deciding things for people you will never meet. The only choice is whether you notice you are doing it.
Solar is about the future. About building stuff that lasts. About making sure the next kids and the next kids after them have a good world to grow up in.
PLANET · SOLAR
To the trees. The fish. The kid sitting next to you. The grown-ups who built this place. The kids who haven't been born yet. Everything.
The air you breathe came out of a plant somewhere. The food you eat was grown by a farmer. The clothes you wear were made by people you'll never meet. Nobody on Earth is alone, even when they feel like they are.
The people who built your school did it before you were born. They built it for you. The things you build — or save, or take care of — will be there for kids who haven't been born yet.
Most grown-ups got used to the way things are. Kids are still figuring out how things could be. That's why grown-ups need kids around. Your weird ideas might be the ones that fix things.
Every grown-up job started as a kid who got curious. Every cool building started as a kid who liked to draw. Every musician started as a kid who liked sound. Doors to your future are everywhere — you just have to walk through them.

This planet is one stop on a single curriculum, not a standalone topic. The same subject is taught at every level of C.U.L.T. — a cadet who starts at Sparks never starts over.
Every level is open to everybody. Nobody is asked their age, and nobody is tracked. A grown adult who never got taught this is welcome to start at the bottom rung, and a twelve-year-old who is ready is welcome to climb.
