The Workshop · Workshop 09 · Mastery
Five steps. About 25 minutes. Up to 7 stars. The constellation you're building is called First Honesty.
Using AI well isn't just a skill. It's an honesty practice. Three questions: what bias does the answer carry, who deserves credit, and do I need to say I used it?
AI models are trained on what humans have written, which means they carry the same biases the humans who wrote it carried. The model might quietly center one country, one group, one viewpoint — without warning you.
AI also raises hard questions about credit. If a song or a story or a paper was helped by AI, who wrote it? Do you say so? When?
These are not yes/no questions. They're your questions to answer for every project. By the end of this workshop you'll have your own three rules.
That's the warm-up. When you've actually read it — not skimmed — tap below.
Pick all that fit.
Click the question, then the answer that's fair.
Write three rules you'll follow every time you use AI — one about bias, one about credit, one about disclosure.
Stuck? Try: "1. I'll always ask whose perspective might be missing. 2. The person who made the final calls owns the work. 3. If I used AI substantially, I'll say so."
Be honest. One sentence.
