The file contains every cadet's progress, companion choices, saved entries, and explorations — for every profile in this browser. Re-export anytime; the most recent backup is the most complete.

Import

Restore from a backup file

Pick a backup file you saved earlier. The data in the file will be loaded into this browser.

Heads up: if a profile already exists in this browser with the same name as one in the backup, the backup's version will replace it. Data that's ONLY in this browser (not in the backup) stays untouched.

Good to know

The C.U.L.T. Kids platform stores your family's progress entirely in this browser, on this device. Nothing is sent to a server. Three things follow from that:

Clearing your browser cache or cookies for this site will erase the saved progress. Back up first.
A different browser or a different device starts fresh. To carry progress over, export from the old browser and import on the new one.
Private / incognito mode doesn't save progress at all. Use a regular browser window for the cadets.

Recommended habit: back up once a week, or before any browser update or device switch. Email the file to yourself, save it to cloud storage, or both.
